Summer Bunch 2024

For a Summer filled with fun, creative arts, indoor and outdoor games, water play and theme-based weeks, send your child to The FJCC Summer Bunch Program!

 Summer Bunch is designed for children 2-5 years old. 

 The Summer Bunch program begins June 24th and ends August 1st.

Summer Bunch runs from 9:30AM to 12:30PM, Monday through Thursday, except for Week 2 which will run Monday – Wednesday and Friday.

Summer Bunch is offered for six weeks. You may choose any or all of the six weeks. A daily snack must be provided, along with a refillable water bottle.

Disney's Animal Friends

June 24 - June 28

We will explore stories about Bambi, Simba, Winnie the Pooh and Goofy, among others.

We will express their adventures in play dough, drawings and many different books.

Week 2

All About Me

July 1-3 & 5 

What fun they will have discovering their world!

Projects will include self-portraits, puppet making, finger painting, etc.

Week 3

Music Everywhere

July 8 - 11

Learning how to make body percussion, voices and sticks.

This will include free dancing, being aware of sounds around us and using musical instruments.

Week 4

Dinosaurs (and Rainbows)

July 15 - 18

We will learn about our dinosaur friends, what they saw and what we still see today.

We will learn different types of dinosaurs and their habits.

There will be a lot of dinosaur games, projects and play.

Week 5

Color My World

July 22 -25

Discovering colors, shapes, watercolors and tempura paints, glitter and all sorts of mediums.

Many great color projects will be used to enhance their understanding of shapes and the color spectrum.

Ocean Fun

July 29 - August 1

Sun, sand and ocean creatures close and far.

What will I find at the beach and in the ocean?

We will meet Sharks, Penguins, Sea lions and many more interesting creatures.
